Shipping policy

Courier Service: We dispatch orders using NZ Post's Courier service, which includes tracking and signature on delivery for sales over $300.
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery to urban addresses typically occurs within 1–2 working days after dispatch. For rural addresses, please allow an additional 2–3 working days.
Signature Requirement: All orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable to sign, you can set up a "Leave my parcel" authority with NZ Post to have the parcel left in a safe place.

Liability: Once your package leaves our premises, we are not liable for any loss or damage. We recommend tracking your parcel via NZ Post's tracking tool for updates .
